These folks are great! Creative kitchen design and installation. Their direct employees take care and are responsive and responsible for making sure all is good and to satisfaction. Only glitch was with a couple of subcontractors but Kopke made good to insure everything A+. I'd definitely work with them again!

It took a long time to complete the job, partially due to Covid. The biggest problem we had was they would call, set up a time to do the work and then not show up.

We hired Kopke to remodel our two main floor bathrooms, from initial design to finish. The work began in late March 2021 and the final completion date was in late October 2021. We liked being able to design the project with the Kopke designer and select the products from the Kopke showroom. Kopke had an excellent selection of vinyl flooring, bathroom tile, cabinet styles and sink/countertops to choose from. We purchased most of our plumbing fixtures from Ferguson, upon the advice of our Kopke design staff, and were very pleased with the Ferguson folks. My husband did a lot of his own research on ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. and we purchased most of those things from the internet. Our Kopke project manager, Tom Richman, was extremely knowledgeable about all the building process. He stopped by the house almost every day that workers were present. Tom was available for our phone and text questions 24/7, and we had a lot of questions! Even when we were doing something ourselves, he was happy to give us advice on how to do it. The Kopke work including installing a bathtub in an area which previously housed only a small shower. Nick from Triton Plumbing did an excellent job with that â we really appreciated his fine attention to detail and testing the solution to be sure everything worked well. The ceramic tile work on our large master bath shower and the main bathroom tub area turned out spectacularly. The vinyl flooring looks great and is very easy to clean. We receive lots of compliments on our new bathrooms. One tip - if something does not seem right to you in the drawings, be sure to ask about it right away, donâ t be shy. I mistakenly assumed that the sink placement on the drawing was notational â and we had to reorder the countertop sinks later because it wasnâ t what I wanted. It was a stressful situation for me, but I was happy that the Kopke president, Alan Seeley, personally called us and offered us a good solution to the problem. Kopke really stands by their commitment to full customer satisfaction. Another lesson learned â if you want Kopke to stain your wood trim and new doors, make sure that the contract includes those things. We did experience work delays due to labor shortages (electricians, plumbers, installers, etc.) and Kopke sometimes experienced delays just getting the materials needed to complete the work (e.g. it took four months for us to get our special order door, which was the reason our job wasnâ t completely finished until October). In the post-COVID world, with supply and manpower shortages, Kopke did their best to keep us informed when we were waiting for workers or materials. The Kopke office staff was also very helpful when I had questions about the project billing and change orders throughout the project. Ann and Jennifer were especially helpful; they were good listeners and very experienced. I could ask them any question and they gave me great practical advice

Excellent service and quality. Our kitchen re-modeling project turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Every one of their workers were respectful and courteous and once the green light was given for construction projects to begin during the Covid period, the work began. Their project manager (Mike) made daily visits to check on the progress of each stage from tear out, rough plumbing and electrical, drywall, flooring etc. and he helped make this as smooth a transition as possible. I also want to acknowledge Tony who installed and finished the cabinetry. He is truly a master carpenter and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend Kopke Remodeling and want to thank the owner (Alan) for providing the personnel resources to get our project completed in a timely fashion.

We hired Kopke because we were led to believe they could do the work quickly. We knew exactly what we wanted. We made the necessary product and material selection during the initial (and only) visit. We understood we were paying a premium for speed not for the materials or complexity of our Master Bath remodel. Our master bath is 8'x10' with toilet (we reused the existing toilet), vanity (we reused the existing vanity), single sink, new granite countertop, new shower (glass, tile & fixtures), new bath tub, new vinyl floor tile, drywall, painting, limited plumbing work as everything was in the same location, and a new linen closet door & shelves. We demo'd the bathroom down to studs so the quote and work did not include demo'ing. They did not need or use a large waste bin because we handled all the old drywall and tile demo'ing. The price for 8x10 Master Bath with vanity & toilet reuse, vinyl floor tile and homeowner handling demo'ing was $24,800.00. We choose nice, but NOT top-on-the-line fixtures or tile. Again the floor was vinyl tile. That is very expensive for the product and work involved. The delays started from the very start and lasted throughout the project. Delays getting materials selected. Apparently selecting them with the salesman in their showroom was insufficient. Their "buyer" wanted to double check everything (nothing wrong with doing that), but the process took several WEEKS. Keep in mind we knew instantly what we wanted and selected right in their showroom. Their Project Manager measured everything, even so there was a delay because of insufficient quantity of tile! Next we waited 6 more weeks for materials to be ordered. Unbelievable given the selection process we went through and choosing standard stuff from their displays. The project manager would not start until all the materials were delivered. Again, a wise practice, but I was paying a premium for speed. Should the whole job wait to start because a linen closet door was taking 2 extra weeks?! NO! They worked for over three weeks on everything else so they had plenty of time to receive the door while doing the other work. Once the project got underway it was slow. It transitioned between carpenters which then picked up tempo, but the buildout and installation took another 4+ weeks. I work from home so there was NEVER a problem with access or timely decisions (small stuff that the carpenter wanted homeowner decisions). The carpenter (Joe) did excellent work. He actually worked efficiently and quickly, but everything in the process before him was SLOW. So I would say the quality was excellent, but the process was disjointed and SLOW. If I was to purchase again I would negotiate hard and endlessly on price because they are unable to progress quickly. Either that or more likely select a different contractor. Kopke was fine, but for that price it should have been exceptional. Their internal processes and pre-job personnel do not work with a sens

There is a terrific team of people (from the receptionist to the owner). They are very helpful and patient, with a wide range of experience and knowledge. They are also willing to spend the time necessary to satisfactorily work out the varied and unexpected challenges that most people are facing for the first time because they are all things which are each the kind of challenges that they have faced on on some regular basis for more than two decades. I would highly recommend their services!
