He managed to get the pilot to light, but he observed that the gas flow was weak. Turned out he had to install a new pilot assembly. They were out pretty quick. The gas place is with ceramic logs. He spent more time taking the logs out and in because he didn't know how to put it back in correctly. The service was okay but it was not a good value for a gas fireplace. My interaction with them was okay."
