Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. In late September, they needed about two weeks notice (which would have been nice to know) but you don't need to be there as long as they have your permission.  They actually showed up early and took about 20 minutes, or so my parents told me because I didn't take the morning off.  They were even nice enough to draw my attention to the ivy growing up the side of my house.
