ULTRATECH WINDOWS SIDING & ROOFING LLC

They installed roof and vinyl siding. Within a few months shingles were falling off my roof. Someone showed up eventually to repair it, but only sent his son up on the roof. Those fell off, too. A year or so later the top row of siding started hanging. Tried over and over again to get someone out to repair it. One guy actually showed up but said he had to come back with a bigger ladder. Never did and the piece eventually ripped off the house. Talked to them on the phone at least a dozen times but no one else ever showed up. Not sure if they're even in business anymore -- so much for lifetime guarantee.

Owner was responsive, had some problems with sub contractors.

Do NOT hire these people. They do shabby work. The sunroom they built for use is an inch and a half out of level, the doors and windows are installed uneven so they wouldn’t open and the floor is rotted out from moisture. Two months ago we called for warranty work. The people they hired came out and took all the siding off the outside, removed all trim on the inside and we haven’t seem them for two weeks. Our sunroom is now tore apart and all the siding and trim they removed is in the yard. And it is still not repaired. The only answer we get is, “I’ll check into it.” And if you want to see for yourself, we have pictures!

We got top quality windows from Ultratech Windows even although we had to pay a little bit more. The salesmen were excellent.

They are very, very good. They coined up well and did an excellent job. I had just one little issue because they were loose and came in the same day to fix it. I had 23 windows replaced, they're a little priced but at top quality.

This company knows how to treat its customers. We weren't pressured into buying anything which I loved and he wasn't their for 4 hours either. I will be using them again soon to install more windows for us. The financing they offered us worked perfect for our budget and allows us a payment we can afford. We appreciate everything Ultratech has done for us at our home.

I wasn't sure how long it would take but when he told me the windows would be in by the end of the day (the day they came to start the
project) I was a little skeptical. I was impressed when all the windows were in at the end of that day.  The reason for my skepticism was 
because we live in a brick ranch that had aluminum from windows in it from the late 1950's. The next day they showed up to work at 8 AM and finished and trimmed all the windows. They were very professional, laid plastic over furniture or what ever was close to the window they were working on and they cleaned up each day when they were finished. I didn't have to take care of anything as far as trash or debris from the whole process.  I would definitely recommend Ultratech to anyone considering home improvement projects.

I was pretty impressed. I had talked to all the other window companies and they were the cheapest. They have a really good warranty. If someone throws a ball through my window, they will come out and fix it.

The salesman was responsive to my husband's request for a short, to the point  presentation. They  offered the triple pane for the same price that another company offered the double pane windows and the triple pane are Much more energy efficient. They came on time, finished quickly and when they left you wouldn't know anyone had been here except for the new windows in place. We had and have no complaints and plan to use them again soon we hope!
