It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall."

The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
