"Had a very good experience with Legend Roofing (in West Michigan). Doug Walker was a very communicative salesperson and easy to get a hold of. We had a complex roof with many angles and steep pitches. Legend came in at the low end of the quotes I received for the same service and materials. Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall."
