Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. In late September, they needed about two weeks notice (which would have been nice to know) but you don't need to be there as long as they have your permission.  They actually showed up early and took about 20 minutes, or so my parents told me because I didn't take the morning off.  They were even nice enough to draw my attention to the ivy growing up the side of my house.
