Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site.
