"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We originally were looking for a quote for windows. We received a quote from them for windows. We had another company quote our vinyl siding, but they were really high. We asked them if they knew someone that did vinyl siding. They explained they also did siding. They explained that to properly install windows they also needed the expertise to perform siding work. We got a quote from them and they were $12,000 less than the other quote. We asked why so much difference. They said they charged based on the labor and cost of materials and didn't understand why the other quote was so high. They were confident in their work and explained we only had to pay 50% down. If we didn't love their work, then we wouldn't have to pay. By now, you can figure out that we had the work done. We love it!. They were great throughout the process explaining the work completion. We only got delayed 1 day due to heavy rains. We have recommended them to several of our friends. One friend has already used them and bought us dinner for the great recommendation."

"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. If you're considering a project, call these guys, nice people, easy to work with and the results have been great."
