Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall."

This is my first home.  I'd had it six years and never touched the gutters, so I called them.

In late September, they needed about two weeks notice (which would have been nice to know) but you don't need to be there as long as they have your permission.  They actually showed up early and took about 20 minutes, or so my parents told me because I didn't take the morning off.  They were even nice enough to draw my attention to the ivy growing up the side of my house.

Had one minor issue with starting to install a downspout in the wrong location so that stretch of gutter had to be patched. since it is on the side towards the back of the house I was fine with the patch. Anything I pointed out was fixed, ie wanting extra screw here and there. Team was attentive to landscape and cleaned up pretty well. They have only been installed for a little over a week and haven't been present during a heavy rain since, but everything looks fine."
