Sales explained the product very thoroughly and was reachable for questions in the early part of the process, though a felt a little rushed to make the purchase. Customer service was lacking--when I tried to schedule installation of the windows I purchased, it took several tries to contact a scheduler. It seems they had only one person who could handle that task and that person was out of office, but there was no notice saying so. They were not very communicative about that, despite several messages left by me. However once the appointment was made, the installers were punctual and professional. They did a solid job of installing the windows and communicating how they work. I'd recommend Champion Atlanta overall."

"This was a gutter cleaning special which performed well, but the workers who did not clean up the debris from one side if the house, (it was a very hot day ) the opposite side was cleaned fine. They did inspect the gutters also and informed me that the gutters needed to be rehung since they had become detached from the house over the winter.they contacted the owner who gave a prompt and reasonable estimate for the work which I scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. When the owner discovered that the cleanup was only half completed, he planned to clean it up himself, but my husband had already done it.

A very comprehensive inspection was initially completed, including accessing the attic. Numerous photos were taken both in the attic and of the outside of the house. Additionally, a drone was used to capture a detailed overview of what the project would include. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining proper ventilation and the changes needed to have our project be in compliance for warranty certification. A detailed explanation for all stages of the project was provided along with the quote and before the work started. They were able to schedule the project much faster than expected, and complete all parts of the project in only a week, using the same hard working three man crew. All the work was completed in an exceptional manner, including the necessary clean up after various stages of the project.
