"I contacted Ridgecon about a chimney flashing that came loose from the roof they replaced in 2013. They were very cordial and easy to work with. "While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"Repaired/replaced garage roof, damaged from falling tree. From the estimate to the completion, everything was done as promised.
