"Dan call within minutes of my listing with Angie's list. We set up for Dan to come out to mothers home to change out 6 door locks. As well as installations of 3 Ring security camera on the property. He was very affordable and due to bad weather he came back the very next day to finish the jobs. You can tell he has alot of experience in construction industry he knew exactly what we needed to install the cameras which I purchased the wrong ones but he made them work. "Prompt, courteous, explained in advance what they would do and they did it. Our first experience with them was when they climbed up on our roof in a rainstorm to fix the leaking roof. They needed to construct a roof drainage cricket which we greatly appreciated them doing in the rainstorm. Next, they replaced 4 rotting posts that were holding up our 2-story porch deck, replaced some rotting porch deck frame joists, and all the decking on the same porch. When replacing the rotting posts, they poured concrete piers for the posts to rest on above ground, rather than just sinking them into the ground as had been done for the initial rotted posts. Finally, they replaced one exterior door and also a very heavy double French door. They always hauled away the debris and were very friendly and knowledgeable.
