The quote was detailed and straight forward. He and his crew were polite and respectful. They went above and beyond to insure no damage would come to my personnel property. When the crew removed the old shingles, they found a couple rotted sections and the majority of main house roof plywood delaminated. A much larger job than expected. Jim and his crew replaced all of the sections in a timely manner and the addition costs was very reasonable. We have a brand new roof and it looks excellent."
