Great company great job on my roof.

Response was quick, work was performed well and immediate problem was resolved. I expect a follow up to discuss a more permanent fix. May have pictures then!

If I could give this company more than five stars I would, they are awesome! From the first appointment for the estimate to the cleanup when the job was completed they were fantastic. I am so happy with how beautiful my home looks!

Long overdue review... I needed a roof replacement in the UP for 5000 sq. ft of roof. These guys drove over to do the work. Incredible service! The workmanship is supreme. No problems or issues at all. I love the way it looks and it made it through it's first UP winter splendidly. When a company makes it super easy for you, that is a differentiator!

They contacted us and talked about when the project would be done. Looks like the end of this month when we get the financing from the bank. We are excited about getting this done

They replaced my roofing I worked With Gus he was great. the price was good and my sky light was leaking he replaced it for a fee. I also got gutters through them ,Their work was superior cleaned everything up, So it looked like they were never they except for my beautiful new roof. I highly recommend theme.

The process was hard enough with the winter coming but Gus reassured me that they would get my house done before the snow. I have spoken with Gus several times throughout the process, which I like, because I could trust that they had MY interest at heart. He made sure if there was questions, he called before going forward. I would definitely recommend Big Rapid roofing.

First, my job was subcontracted out to another company by them. Many promises were made by them and were broken. The job started late finished late the worker was very unprofessional, I was told they did not even speak English.

BR Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. The pitch was very steep and they completed the job as promised. They sent me pics of the job in progress since I was out of town. Clean up was great too. These guys are the best roofers I have ever had experience with and I would highly recommend this company!

The best roofing product available (GAF). Complete install in one day. Cleanup was excellent. The install was to the best possible standards (ice dam, valleys, ridge vents, etc. Very satisfied, and happy I chose Big Rapids Roofing. I highly recommend them.

We had our house and pole barn roofs replaced. Our experience with BR Roofing could not have been better. From the first phone call throughout the project BR Roofing was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed the job in one day and did an amazing job. The crew was efficient, considerate and very professional. The crew cleaned up very well. The next day a different crew came to complete the clean up and check the work. The owners were involved and on site a couple of times. Gus came later in the week to check to see if we had any concerns and again to inspect the clean up. He again contacted us the next week just to make sure we were happy with the job that was done. We are super pleased with the appearance of our buildings! I highly recommend BR Roofing!

One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself.

This company cares about you as the customer. They are extremely experienced and professional and could not have asked for a better team to put a new roof on my house

Mike is one of the most fair and honest people! His response time is awesome and he does fantastic work. Mike also cleans everything up when he is done!
