Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them.

I had written a not so great review for Victor's Home Solutions after receiving no response from writing them an email and calling back in 2023 when the roof was done. The review got a response where direct contact did not. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots. The person came out and said they were only over an inch. I have the pics to show that they are over 3 inches. That overhang is causing most of the water to go right over the gutters. Avoid Victor?s Home Solutions at all costs. They came highly recommended as exterior experts but ultimately misdiagnosed our roof as the cause of water condensation forming inside two interior closets. They dismissed all other possible contributors, including issues with insulation or siding, and guaranteed that their (wildly overpriced) roof tear-off and ventilation correction would resolve our problem. We trusted our friends recommendation and opted to pay more for a reputable company to get the work done the right way. After ~$30K in repairs, the condensation problem remained. Their team later admitted to the misdiagnosis but offered no remediation beyond ensuring their new roof was leak-free. A simple $100 louvered door ended up solving what their expensive roof replacement didn?t?suggested by a local insulation company. That professional was stunned that an exterior company could so blatantly dismiss such an obvious and common issue. They only care about the sale? run.

Absolutely the most professional team from beginning to the end. The thorough inspection of the inside and outside of my home and garage roofing was impressive. Every employee that I had interaction with was knowledgeable and helpful. I feel very confident that the job was done correctly and in a very timely manner.

Victors Home Solutions ? more like : Victors Home Invaders Victors : Used car salesman mispackaged as a Roofers. Horrifically PUSHY PUSHY PUSHY "Roofers" trying to Sell sell sell you on a new roof than address your problems. Victors went from five stars down to one star very quickly as the salesperson refused to take no for an amswer. Refused to address problems. Just sat there insisting i need a new roof and that he was not going to leave until he gets a sale from me despite being asked to leave multiple times and advised this is not a quick decision. Victors Home Invaders Victors is Persona Non Grata for its excessive hnusual pushy tactics and refusing to take no for an answer. At one point i actually considered calling the police to make him leave. Yes, so pushy that i considered calling the police to make him leave. Thats Victor. Pushy Pushy Pushy. Trying to shove a new roof down your throat even being told repeatedly no no no no no.

5 stars isn't enough for the service I received. Justin, the salesman and Rabeeh, the project manager are the most professional guys around. Answered any questions, explained everything and Rabeeh went above and beyond what he was there for. Definitely would use them again.

I highly recommend them. Working with Victor's was a smooth process. Josh and Teddy explained everything during the inspection and answered all the follow up questions and requests. They scheduled my job within days after my HOA approved the color change. Matt and Andrew also worked well as a team on the installation day. They finished the job by 4pm the same day despite raining off and on. The crew was constantly cleaning up after themselves throughout the day, including my gutters. And they gave me a 25 year warranty with a free yearly inspection, so I guess that means they also did a decent job quality wise. So no more shingle flapping and exposed nails.

The second I heard Victors did windows, I contacted them right away. After my previous experience with their service in the past, there was no doubt they would be doing my windows next! Amazing company, fantastic communication, and their pricing for windows is amazing. Not to mention, the test they showed me about how energy efficient their windows are was eye opening. Yes, yes yes!!!

I needed help with a hole in my garage roof. Not only was it not a hole, but the guy showed me photos of the actual spot. I didn't need to have repairs, and he didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need.

We had our roof completed by Victors. the initial visit with them was good. They were polite initially. They didn't clean the yard from the debris until we called them out to clean the job. I will give them a pass on that as it was very snowy that day. They said we'd get regular updates with photos of the progress from a manager. She showed up in the beginning of the project and didn't show the remainder of the time. While they were installing the roof my husband noticed the nails in all the ceiling of my upper floor were popping out. We had drywall falling from those areas. He went out and found the only guy who spoke English and he said he thought the insulation company might be responsible. After multiple calls to get a hold of victors manager. He refused to pay for the damage to my ceilings. Refused to take responsibility. THATS NOT INTEGRETY! In what world does a hired company come and damage property and not take responsibility???? I work in manufacturing and things happen. I've never had a supplier who was responsible for damage caused not pay for it. I'm completely appalled at the rudeness from this manager and they are still insisting on not paying for the damage. They insist that they didn't cause it even though it wasn't there before they started and it was there after. Not to mention my husband seeing it happen during the process. But they didn't do it? Victors as you see in other reviews are more expensive and I was ok with that to not have to deal with the exact situation I'm going through now. I should have went with a cheaper company. After talking to a few they have all said this should not have happened and would have payed for the damage. I guess its time to call a lawyer!

With a 50 year warranty can't be beat

Short of a few nails and staples found on the ground by where the dumpster was, they did an amazing job. They were quick, very efficient, and accommodated our needs very well. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency in explaining the entire process. From the gentleman who did the initial inspection, the concierge, to the crew that came out, they were all amazing! I would have no issues referring them to my friends and family.,

Very, very expensive. I should have pushed to get more quotes. After I got my job done I found out similar jobs were about $10,000 cheaper.

The job was completed yesterday so we cannot tell yet how our new roof will withstand the weather. However we can say how everybody behaved in a very professional way. From Joe Ashe who came for a comprehensive inspection, to Amanda and to the crew headed by Omar who actually did the work. Everybody was knowledgeable and respectful. It didnâ t take long to put us on the schedule and the crew, working very hard, completed the job in one day. Our new roof looks beautiful and it looks like the job was top notch. Weâ re very pleased and feel we can recommend this company.
