I can only recommend you this company. The owner personally takes care of you with his all profession and customers service is top! We have been going through still a lot of other contractors that are just (I can not descaling it) so so rip off gangsters even found on angies list and other profession website. I am happy they gave us a roof and safety for family and with this weather I was able to contact the owners anytime It was leaking through and rained. I was very worried. They help you out!

Todd came out the same afternoon, fixed my shingles on the spot. Nice guy, great work and very reasonable price. I am considering him for future jobs at my home.

Todd in ONE DAY completed a tear -off and installation of new shingles . When I left in the morning I had to scrap the frost off my car windows - I was freezing!! I can only image how the guys felt work in those conditions. GREAT JOB GUYS - MANY THANKS.

Todd installed a duro-last roofing system on a 4500 square ft flat roof. After meeting with Todd and the manufacturer's rep to explain the process, I signed the contract. The duro-last roof was less than half my most expensive quote and a third less than my middle quote. Todd began the project as promised. He and his crew worked every day until the job was completed.

The crew was professional and Todd was helpful in answering our questions. They got the job done quickly despite hot temps that day. The roof looks great!

I had the roof completely replaced along with most of the plywood under the shingles, as well as wood trim replaced and covered in vinyl all the way around...2 stories! Todd's company was recommended to me, and out of 3 quotes, I selected his company based on the thorough explanation of work to be done, supplies to be used, and his personality. I truly felt that his workmanship was # 1 with him. And I was NOT disappointed! The roof looks awesome. The trim makes the house look neat & clean and they did some clever styling over the garage with the vinyl. It was a huge job, very hot outside, and there were a lot of workers here. It took about a week to complete the entire job. Every one of them was pleasant & courteous to me, and extremely considerate of my gardens and dog. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up each day...you almost would never know they were here. This is one group of hard-working guys! I had no qualms about giving them access to the house when I wasn't home...very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Todd and his company. In fact, next time I have work done, he will be the first one I call. Excellant job guys! And thank you for everything!

For years I had water in my basement. Todd new what the problem was immediately. After addressing the problem, I have had no water. It was so great to deal with such a knowledgeable and professional company.

We had several quotes to repair or redo our roof on our company. Todd came out with the manufacturer of the product and demonstrated the product as well as showed us finished projects and provided references. We chose him out of the other contractors because of the professionalism and quality of the product as well as the manufacturers warranty. They were finished in less than a week and the manufacturer came immediately to inspect the roof and gave us the warranty immediately, no waiting. It ended up being more cost effective to put a new roof on than to repair patches and in the end, cheaper. We can already feel the temperature difference inside the building with this new roofing material! We are very satisfied customers.

Todd, Eric and others on the team did an excellent job removed and replaced roof etc. Were here from 8am til after 6:15pm. Cleanup was awesome. Todd's customer service is outstanding. Would highly recommend this company. They even fixed my gate when they were here.

Out of the 4 companies that came out to survey and quote, Todd is the ONLY one to actually go up on the roof! He took pictures, gave us several options, and performed temporary repair from wind damage. Select Renovations is fast, thorough, hard-working, honest, and competitively priced. Called 3/28/16 for asphalt roof repair on old roof. Todd Came out same afternoon and repaired roof until replacement of roof. Todd very pleasant and informative and not pushy.

Todd Martin came out very quickly to assess the flat roof leak. He sent photos of the damage for me to review and gave me a couple of price options to fix it. He was punctual and answered questions and e-mails promptly. I was very impressed with the step by step photos of the repair process. I have dealt with numerous roofers and by far he was the most professional and thorough. I will definitely recommend him to others and call him again, if I should need a job in the future.

If i could give Select Renovations and Todd Martin 10 stars i would. We have had numerous contractors out to El Charro in Fraser over the years. Almost every year the skylight would leak after or during a heavy rain. We were almost to the point of just covering it up. We called Todd to come in and give it one last try. Well we saved the best for last he fixed it! As i was driving to the restaurant yesterday it was pouring rain and was expected to rain all day,my first thought was oh great the skylight. Then i remembered it was fixed. Thanks Todd

I received a couple of quotes to replace my roof, but went with Select Renovations because Todd took the time to not only give me an estimate on the job, but to correct fundamental problems with the ventilation in my attic that had caused the previous roof to prematurely wear out. Todd spent an hour on my roof, taking pictures, identifying all of the vents, soffits, etc., and making a detailed plan on how to convert my roof to a more-efficient ridge vent. Totally impressed with his knowledge, I chose Select Renovations. His crew was incredibly efficient, tearing off the old roof, totally redoing the ventilation, adding 13 new soffit vents and more in a little over one day. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and hauled away, leaving no trace of there being a worksite there. I would recommend Select Renovations for anyone wanting a professional construction job at a fair price.

Todd and the crew were very professional, they came to our home did an amazing job on the roof and gutter, and some work inside, they cleaned up after the job was done. We were 100% satisfied with the job and would recommend them to work for our friends and we will use them again.

Todd was great with communicating and in the end I'm very satisfied with the work done. Select Renovations was only one of two companies that ever bothered to return phone calls/inquiries and the ONLY company that would work with me since I live in another state and couldn't come back to town on a whim. I know others who have had horrible experiences with local Detroit roofers, so Select Renovations would be a definite call.

Todd was awesome to work with! He made the process of replacing our roof very easy and informative. He educated us on materials and the process which allowed us to make educated decisions. He never once attempted to tell us what we needed. He is extremely honest and communicates great. He is very responsive and always gets back with you in a timely manner. He was present throughout the entire project and never left anything partially completed. His work is impeccable.
