"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "Salesman was great, very informed and easy to deal with.  They seemed to be a very professional organization.  The catch is their competition offered the same materials, same labor, for approx. half the price.  I went with Hickson Home Improvement.  Frank, the owner of Hickson was there on the job for the entire duration.  One must always remember that the salesman may seem intelligent and professional, you have no idea what type of people are coming out to do your work.  I fell for that mistake in the past with the shoddy work done by Lake Orion Roofing, great salesman, worthless crew.  I of course, can make no comments on Pro Home Improvement workers as they did not get the job.  Yet, according to the salesman, they also present themselves professionally.

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."
