"We had a hairline crack in our foundation coming off of one of our window wells causing our finished side of the basement to get wet. Seagate was able to repair the crack on the outside of the house while also sealing the remainder of the foundation. The salesperson was accurate in his estimate and timeline and the crew did a phenomenal job not only with the work itself but then leaving my property the way it was prior to the work. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project. I would strongly recommend Power for siding and gutter projects."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."
