"WaterWork Plumbing is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. "Monday morning (8/28/17) we woke-up to no water. After checking the obvious, circuit breaker, etc., I looked on Angie's list for highly rated well drilling and service companies I called Scott at 5:45am, expecting to leave a message, but he answered the phone and said he could be here by noon. He called back later to say he would come even earlier. He, Jim and Bill replaced my submersible well pump, all new piping and wiring, and air tank with all new fittings, pressure valve, etc. They were respectful, responsive, answering all my questions, and Scott told me up-front, after determining the problem, how much it would cost. The ONLY thing I would say as constructive criticism would be for them to make sure they ensure the area of work is clean and in the shape it was prior to the work being done, but it wasn't bad, and maybe just an oversight. I would definitely use Ries again (but hope there's no reason to)."

"They told me exactly how long it would take and what was involved into transforming my old tub area into a beautiful shower area. It was floor to ceiling shower surround with a new window framing. It took two days and the clean up went well also. I had two selves installed and will add two more in a month or so. I also had two grab bars in my bathroom as well. I surely liked that the installers asked my advice on placement of grab bars and shelves. insallers explain my moen shower and they left all the papperwork and warrenty information. They also explain what was necessry to keep my shower clean and what products can be used with an acrylic shower. Also how to clean and take care of my acrylic caulk. I had a great experience with the Atlas people - from sales to the installation crew. All the products from grab bars, handshower slide, curved shower curtain rod. I decided against a glass enclosure because I would be unable to give my dog baths. I'am 65 and getting in and out of the tub was a difficult due to knee and back issues. I can put a matt down and wash my dog without any difficulty. This is money well spent Thank you Atlas staff and installation crew. P.S. I hope to add photos........."
