Technician Marcus from Shelby Mechanical LLC worked on my gas line replacing the copper pipe to flexible still gas pipe. He was so proficient and knowledgeable person to do this job. He took his time and did the perfect job to my highest satisfaction. Their customer service was very professional handling my need on an urgent basis by sending Marcus in absence of the technician who originally described and quoted the job. He kept me updated with what needed to be completed, he informed me of what was needed when a few issues came up and when the job was completed he took the time to show me the work and answer all my questions. Free estimate. Friendly and professional customer service. On time and calls back immediately when you leave a message. Reasonably price compared to other prices. Fast and friendly plumber and knowledgeable even helped me pick out the part I need. They usually do not do manufacture houses but because our pipes was similar to an house they still took on the job. I hope I can use them in the future for all .y plumbing needs. I recommend them to anyone.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace

I just moved into the area and was looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber. I am fortunate that I found Shelby Mechanical. The front desk communication (Cheyanne) was very good. The onsite technician Paul Tabb did a terrific job with my repairs. Paul was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. A real craftsman. Defiantly going with Shelby Mechanical for any future needs.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
Needed to replace my back up sump. Shelby Mechanical actually came out and provided a quote at NO COST - very rare now of days but greatly appreciated. They provided a reasonable quote and I hired them. Paul and his team arrived on time, installed pump, and left the area as clean as they found it. Very happy with work done and would definitely recommend Shelby Mechanical for any plumbing work

Project: Repair sump pump discharge pipe Tech - Marcus Prazuch Appointment - Cheyanne Sturgill was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and unlike several other companies, DID NOT try to sell me anything extra when making appointment. Repair - Marcus repaired discharge pipe in typical Michigan weather (34 Degrees and windy). Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. These are good people.
