Thursday, July 24, 2025 RE: Excellent Service Dear Mr. Mike/Owner, I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for their professionalism and prompt service today. A call was logged with Kelly, who was extremely polite and went out of her way to accommodate me. She said that a plumber would be out this afternoon. I was therefore surprised to have a plumber arrive at 12 noon. Mac was very efficient and snaked out our bathroom sink timeously. He was patient in answering all of my questions/concerns. When the job was completed, he cleans up the way he found it. Mac is definitely a team player and I recommend that he received an incentive compensation, for doing extraordinary work. He is definitely motivated to work efficiently and maximize revenues. Thank you for the quality services and not taking advantage of the elderly. If anyone ask who to call for plumbing, I will make sure to say MR. PIPEY PLUMBING!

No crappy people harassing me calling me non stop. Don't use them (also I get notified they deleted my review they are falsifying good reviews and deleting the true bad ones

Excellent service. Mike took care of my issue quick and same day. My hot water tank burst and my basement was flooded. They replaced my hot water tank and snaked my drain. I was very happy with the service.

Mike got back to me on my quote request immediately, and after getting three additional quotes, we decided to have Mr Pipey do the work. Their quote was reasonable and their work was first rate.

Mr. Pipey saved the day! I discovered my water heater was leaking at 10p. I put out a request on Angi and Mike called me that night! He provided a very reasonable quote and made an appointment for me the next day. Drew of Mr. Pipey showed up--he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what hed do. I left him to it. Just a few hours later, he finished up. 10/10 experience, would work with them again!

I had problems setting the temperature of the water heater and they came out and showed me how to do it, which was fantastic
