LPS Plumbing has been reliable and honest. It’s hard to find a great company like this anymore that walk in your door and price gouge you when you’re in need of an emergency plumber. Family owned and operated as well! I will only call LPS for all my plumbing needs from here on out. Thank you LPS for serving myself at my condo and taking care of my mother in law at her home and being up front and honest with us when we were in dire need of help, Thank you

Was quick to respond and gave me options on what route to take to bring our house up to code. Did a good job on the work performed.

My daughter that lives in Chesterfield Township called me to find if I had a plumber that I could recommend.

I told her that I didn't know of one , but would see if I could find one in Angies List. I selected LPS Pluming based on the reviews and location. She wrote the following review.

I called on a Saturday and my call was returned within 10 minutes. The plumber came out about an hour later. He was clean, courteous and explained what needed to be done and fixed it quickly. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. I will call them again if I need a plumber.

We had Steve who is the regular plumber who gets assigned to our area and he is always prompt, courteous and professional. The work he performed was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I have had contact with other plumbers from this company as well and they have also done work for my mother. They are A+ every time. I highly recommend this company.

Our sump pump endoed in the middle of the night, and water was building
up in the well. We were freaking out because our back up pump went out
too. Called 2 or 3 plumbers(from yp ) who said they offered
and quot;emergency serviceand quot;, but never answered, or said it would take them too
long to get out to us. One company had answering service and NEVER
called us back. we were getting frantic at this point. Then I remembered.....AHH Angies List... Called LPS and they said they would be out within the hour and they were! They even quoted me a price over the phone and it was a little less than what they said. I thought it was a little pricey for what the work performed, but it was 4am and so worth not getting flooded out! It's been several months and no problems.

Professional and quick, he fixed the issues, and he knew what he was doing. He also quoted replacing the water heater. We will call them for future plumbing needs. Very happy with results.

That went fine. The guy was nice. He showed on time. In fact, when he showed up, there was a major snowstorm and he still made it. They're prompt, quick and clean. I like it.

-We called on Sunday. The plumber returned the call and came on Monday. He gave us a two-hour time frame, then called us half an hour before coming, because we did not live at the address that needed the service. He was there on time, repaired the faucet, which was our original problem, but also adjusted the toilet tank tube because the lady who lived at the address had trouble with flushing. Then he suggested that the seal in the hot water faucet would last longer, if we turned down the hot water heater to about 115 degrees. We approved, so he turned down the heater before he left. Took about 25 minutes. We thought that he was very professional and his price was reasonable. Will definitely use this plumbing service again.

The screws in the overflow plate in my tub had rusted and broke probably over a year ago. I hate having workmen in my house, so I put it off until my kitchen faucet split and made using my portable dishwasher impossible.
I called LPS Plumbing on a Monday or Tuesday morning. The woman I spoke with was incredibly friendly. If I had to judge a company based on the first person I spoke with, she would definitely earn LPS an and quot;Aand quot; right off the bat! She was friendly, professional, yet very down-to-earth. I felt like she understood what it was like to be in my shoes. It sounds stupid, but it really put the company in a good light immediately.
The earliest I was available was on Thursday (a couple days after I called), which was available for them, as well. On the scheduled workday, the plumber arrived on time. I showed him what I needed done, he inspected the overflow valve for a bit, then went to buy some supplies. When he came back, he went straight to work. He was also a very nice, very professional guy. A great representative of the company, much like the woman I had spoke with earlier in the week. I tied my large dog outside (which I do anytime I have workers in the house) and he whined and/or barked whenever I was out of his sight. I felt comfortable enough with the plumber that I sat outside to calm my dog the majority of the time that he was there. I usually never do that!! I usually hate leaving people alone in my house. But I couldn't take my pooch's whining!!
He put in a new overflow plate (similar to the one that was broken), and put in a more modern drain plug. I had already purchased the faucet for my kitchen sink, so he just needed to install it. All in all, he may have only been here 2 or 3 hours. I am completely happy with both the faucet and the new drain. And the price completely floored me!! The last plumber I called out (NOT THIS COMPANY) unclogged my kitchen sink and charged me $300!! I would highly recommend LPS Plumbing!! And I will definitely use their services in the future! I am pretty confident in saying that they will be the only plumbing company that I will use from now on!!

My call to LPS was handled great. They called a half hour before they arrived to let me know where they were at. They did the work pretty quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience!

I've used them for years. They were wonderful. I've used other companies before that were not able to fix the problem like this place does. They get it right the first time.

I like them, they did our plumbing about 10 years ago so that's why I called them. They did a real good job when they did the whole house. The clean up was good and the sink works great, I got a touch faucet. I would call them again if I had anything to be done.

They were prompt and gave dependable service but I thought they were a little pricey.

I have used them in the past and they did a very good job.

THE PLUMBER THAT DID THE WORK FOR US WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE CALLED HIM AND HE WAS AT MY HOME THE SAME DAY. THE PLUMBER THAT DID THE WORK FOR US SAVED OUR BASEMENT. THE PIPE WAS REALLY PLUGGED UP AND WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT.
