The crumbling front porch was taken out, and a new porch and poured steps were installed. When the team found that the foundation did not need to be redone a reduction in the quoted price was given. Before the crew cut my trees and bushes they took the time to explain what they were going to do BEFORE cutting which I really appreciated! The owner Jon answered all of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. The crew also explained to me how to monitor the health of my trees in the future which is very important to me since this is the first house + yard I’ve owned and have never had to take care of so many trees. The crew cleaned up my yard when they were finished and left it spotless. They also were able to avoid marking up any of the grass and moved all of my furniture back as well. They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly.
