His estimate was far below what I had gotten from other companies yet he made me feel that we were both treated fairly were he was making a living. This appeared mostly due to haste and lack of experience with my type of construction. The entire staff as well as the owner keep saying that 100% satisfaction is their goal and to let them know if I was not. After several calls I was able to get most of the damage repaired to my satisfaction. They did continue to work with me on this."
