I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

Perfect, I have a brass fancy kitchen faucet (they don't make them any more), that some people will tell you that is out of date, however I love it, and I did not want to replace it. He had the parts and knew what I needed, I was able to keep my faucet, it would have cost over $ 200.00 to replace it with a different style that I didn't even like. He also worked on 3 different toilets that wasn't flushing right.

"They have replaced old toilets, replaced a gas line, installed a new hot water heater, etc. They always do great work. Highly recommended."

"I have used them and they were fine when I did use them. They had given me an estimate for major work that I need in the back for a clean-up thing. They gave me a price of just under $5000. I got other price from someone. I had another guy come, Ed Collins, the price is so much cheaper. I don't think I'd use Clog-Busters again. They were okay for what they were here for but for estimates for the major thing I need, no. They didn't use a camera. He did what he needed to do but I won't call him anymore. I'll call someone else. I have a slab house so you have to go through the toilet. Companies come out here and its harder than they think its going to be. The so-called deal was refunded because it didn't relate to what I needed. I thought they were good. This guy didn't reseal it, I got to do that myself. I thought the pricing was a little bit high but if you can't use your toilet, you pay what you have to pay. It was quick."
