The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. "They replaced my toilet, along with other work. After they left, I lifed the lid, and discovered a large, U shaped hole on the edge. I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet."
