They were so wonderful to have at my home. They tore down an old rotting shed and placed all the pieces in a nice pile for the removal people. They shoveled up the little pieces of rotting wood and put them in canvas bags so they wouldn't tear during removal from the property. They compacted the area for the new shed and made a slope for water drainage for the new shed. I am looking to hire them to do more work for me. Randy and his team were AWESOME.

Randy and his team showed up on a Sunday (the best time for my family) and removed a falling down shed and hauled the remains to the driveway, where they stacked it neatly. They prepped the area for the new shed by digging up the area, hauling 3 yards of limestone that was put in our driveway for their use, used a compressor and compressed and leveled the area. The entire work site was cleaned, the driveway swept and the excess limestone shoveled into a smaller pile and covered with a tarp. The whole process was done in 5 hours and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. We are hoping to hire this team next spring for more work we need done. So professional and very pleasant to work with.

We hired Vance to install a new sink, hook up a new dishwasher and also to fix a leak in the basement/crawlspace. He was fast, proficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and he did the job in a timely manner. He kept us informed of what he was doing and readily answered any questions that we had.

We discovered a burst pipe and gushing water after very cold conditions on the Friday afternoon before New Year's weekend. Called Randy blind from the Home Advisor list after finding two other firms unavailable due to the holiday. (Vanmar reviews are excellent, and here is another.) On the next (Saturday) morn, he dropped everything and arrived about an hour after getting our call. He knew exactly what to do, actually helped us move water-damaged contents from the area, pulled down the damaged drywall from the ceiling, and proceeded to repair the pipe very quickly. Our problem was fixed and water running properly within an hour or so after he arrived. Fabulous and very reasonable fee! He also performs handyman work so we plan to call Vanmar back for more work as needed.

I would definitely recommend Randy to everyone I know. I contacted him in the afternoon to install a shut off valve under my kitchen sink for a new dish washer install and he was at my house the next morning earlier then the estimated time. He was fast , efficient, and clean and very reasonably priced. THANK YOU!!! RANDY

Randy was great to work with. He was very responsive to all our needs. Came back multiple times as our project moved along. We totally redid a cottage, all new plumbing, gutted a bathroom, added a bathroom, redid kitchen and Randy was the BEST. Great work and great guy. So happy to have found him.

Randy and his team did a really nice job first just cleaning out some clogged lines, then coming back and replacing an aging sewer pipe in our basement. They were efficient, affordable, and accessible in terms of explaining their work to a layman like me. I'll have them back for sure!

I had a Mothers Day weekend disaster with water damage to basement. First to answer the distress call through Home Advisor. Exceptional service. Very courteous and helpful. Diagnosed and took care of the problem and gave me some helpful advice for preventative maintenance. I have saved Vanmar to my rolodex of service providers for future reference. Fee for service was very fair considering the weekend. I hope my insurance carrier will offer this type of service.
