"I seldom provide a 5-star rating. I expect exceptional service for a 5-star. I was leaving town for 2 weeks so needed quick estimates for an AC replacement . The first estimate cost me $100 for a service call and was ludicrous. Two others could only give ball park ranges in my time framed. T&S came out after hours the day I called that spent the time finding out what I wanted, and taking measurements and information for a quote. The next morning, I got the estimate in the bottom half of the ranges from the other 2. The supplier had a unit available so T&S said they could get it installed before I was leaving. T&S works with a lender for financing and got me started. The supplier sold the unit and it would be 2 days before T&S could get another. I would be gone, T&S worked around my son’s schedule to install when my son could be home. T&S also gave me a discount off original price for my inconvenience. I was particular about some items and T&S said they would install as told."

"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services. Great price and good work. Can't ask for more.

"He was very prompt about his bid and it was quite accurate. He started and finished on time and with a few add ons at my request. 
Both he and his partner were task oriented and pleasant folks to have around house. We had issues with my speakers (Bose) and Jeff went the extra mile to get it done right. He ended up rerunning every speaker wire. I ended up having to send system back to Bose for a refurb.
We had had difficulty finding someone to do this job because it was so small. These guys were just right. I will use them again. In fact, we already have something scheduled for late January. If you have a renovation need for your home in the kitchen, basement or wherever these can do the job and do it well. The Drywall work and painting was excellent.
