Their team works great together, and Bradley is very patient, and will listen to your concerns. This also was the only contractor in my area that would remove the old asbestos ceramic tile siding! He also had to re-build wood under a huge window that needed replaced, and was excellent at his skill! On the downside, his team does not completely pick up and still found a few screws, nails, pieces of wood on lawn and back porch. But highly quality work!"

In 2023, JK installed a new roof on the same home. They stripped 2 layers of roof and install the new roof in one day. They decided my chimney was too wide and needed a saddle which they constructed at no cost. In between my two jobs, I recommended JK to my daughter. They installed new siding and a roof. I will definitely be recommending them again."

"They were the BEST, They did quit a lot of work on my home tore off all the singles replaced all the bad wood. Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper.
