"Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. "Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."

"Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."
