"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best.
