Installer absolutely hacked this job. Brought the wrong shower door. Broke my light fixture, my baseboard and my quarter round. Said he was going to Home Depot to buy what he broke but then decided he didn?t wanna miss out on his lunch so he just let me know what WE would need to buy! He ruined my wall because he didn?t the absolute worst mud job I?ve ever seen! Literally a child could?ve done a better job. We spent 15k CASH for this shower! Only for it to be done by someone that either doesn?t know what they?re doing or doesn?t care about the job they do. Either way I will never do business with Hansons again. Was planning on getting windows from them. Sooooo glad i didn?t! Every day that passes with them not coming back to fix it I get more infuriated!

The job was done very professionally. The installers were very knowledgeable, professional and possess a very high level of skill. This was a job well done.

6/17/25 I had 9 windows installed last week and whole house gutters w/guards installed today. The whole process was done faster and easier then expected. Both installation crews were mindful of my property, explained function of the windows, and cleaned up well when projects were completed. I am very happy with the products and installs."

Ryan was an absolute joy to be around. Him and his partner were here to quote windows for us. Both were pleasant and respectful while also being very friendly. My husband and I trust them and this company completely and are excited to have work done by them.

The new roofs on my house and garage look great-the Installation Team was Awesome - they went so far above and beyond with all the work my roof needed, and did such an excellent job, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Max was the best Sales Rep, very knowledgeable and personable, explaining all the details and procedures. The Customer Service Team kept me updated every step of the way with texts and emails. Thank You All Very Much!

Honest business practices are the main reason I hired Hanson's verses the other companies. I felt, as a woman, Ryan was upfront concerning my roof and the advice he gave was the best, truthful answers I was given. More businesses, than not, have a tendency to try to push excessive costs or sell me unneeded items on the projects I have to complete and I didn't have any of those feelings while talking with Ryan. Honest business practices are hard to find and RYAN is an asset to the company!

This company does not actually honor their warranty. I found out that they did not install eth ridge vent properly, and their shingles are streaking eight years into their 30-year warranty. They came out to inspect it for warranty work but then went silent for more than a month.

Very professional

The interior caulking and some of the interior wood trim was sloppy. Some of the old caulking should have been removed better during installation so that the foam could better penetrate the perimeter of the window frame to seal better

Installation was great. Installers were very professional. Cleanup was perfect.

it would be nice if they kept to to their schedule and if they completed the job,, will be happy to give a new review when the job is done

They were on time. Did what we agreed on. Completed the job as scheduled. Cleaned up after.

Did not install windows when promised rescheduled four times handso nes does have wonderful windows but their customer service and scheduling definitely need some work. Very disappointed at this point.

Don't trust them with the timing - have been given different dates from every person that called. Overall - happy with the new windows!
