"Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right.
