"Great! Sam always answers his phone, shows up on time and does a great job! I had an emergency with a flood and Sam arrived within a few hours to clean and sanitize everything. "Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."
