I called on January 8 and scheduled the work for January 13.  Arrival time was between 8:00-8:30 am, and the electrician knocked on my door at 8:05 am.  He installed the fans, cleaned up, took the old fans and boxes to my garage for later garbage pickup, and made sure I saw how everything worked.  Then he removed the cable in about 10 minutes.  I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.  I called three other places, and the price quoted by My Handyman was about the same as the others.  I used this company about a year ago for something other than electrical work, and I would use them again.

"Gary gave excellent explanation as to what he was doing. Clearly I had the shed with a mind of it's own. After much work, we found there continued to be leaks in the building. Small mind you, but none-the-less wet spots. It was clear to me this was not acceptable, to Gary. I did not have to say a thing. He promptly went about re- evaluating the situation, discovered something I believe most would have never found. He fixed it, and I have an dry building again. He went beyond expectations, as the building was cleaned from top to bottom, everything replace, and dry! He did everything he said he would do. I am most pleased!"

"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. "Nosh drilled small holes in areas of the driveway and used a special machine to put concrete under the slab of existing concrete to raise it up. It looks better but Nosh has high standards for himself. He was not happy with the results. He was able to see that the person who originally put the driveway in didn't use proper materials. This caused support material to wash away. There were very large spaces under the slabs that would take multiple truck loads of concrete to fill them in. Nosh did not feel right about charging for his work. He and his employee worked very hard all day but he would only allow me to pay for the materials he used. It is not very often you find someone as honest, diligent and has the high standards he has. In addition, he is very fair with what he charges."

"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."
