Two of our trees and one of neighbor's were interfering with the line from the pole to their house. We hired J's to trim all three and lighten up the largest and remove dead wood. Workers came and did a fabulous job, with one exception: they didn't trim the neighbor's tree at all, even the estimate explicitly stated that it was the neighbor's tree. Still, readyy enough mistake, so I called the next day and spoke with the receptionist and told her about the mistake. She said that J would be out to look at it that day. Never showed up. Called again and this time spoke with J and was assured it would be taken care of. Still nothing. Called again on the next Monday and was told it would be scheduled for this week. Called again at 3:50 PM on Friday and got no answer. Over two weeks from when the work was scheduled to be done and the tree is still untouched. The work that WAS done was great, but I paid for three trees and one two were done.

Great. They were the only tree trimming company that returned my calls this summer. They came when requested and removed all the wood and scraps that the other company left behind. They did neaten up the stump so you don't even know it is there.

J's trimmed dead branches out of a willow tree that hung over our brand new wooden fence. When J's arrived on the job, we were introduced to each crew member. That personal touch impressed me. I was nervous that something would fall on the new fence. After meeting the crew, I was very confident in their abilities. They did a beautiful job. Their combined skills made the trimming look easy. I know it wasn't easy but they are professionals and it shows. I highly recommend J's because of their work and because the price was very reasonable.

Cut down trees without damaging the surrounding live trees and the yard was spotless. Initially they left one large 4 ft stump--which looked horrible. There was a clause in the quote that excluded cutting if a barbed fence was involved. This tree had a barb fence growing through it (we had never noticed that). After Jason the owner took a look himself he agreed to remove that as well for additional $200 for the extra work and purchase of a special chain for the saw. They did the additional work within 24-48 hours.

They were local. They were really nice and they did a good job. The only complaint was that they had to reschedule a couple of times. Their pricing was fair. They seemed knowledgeable when they walked around the property. They were less than half the price of other quotes that we got. They got back to us when we called and they came out fairly quickly to see the place. They tried to fit us in early but they weren't able to. Storm hit the day that they were supposed to come out. They were on time for their appointment. They did the day they said they were going to when they rescheduled it the one day because of the storm. They called me when storm was just over.

The work they did was outstanding. In both cases, the trees or large limbs were near electric lines, buildings and/or other valuable trees. The work was done with precision, safety and no damage to adjacent structures. They cut and split all wood for my use, chipping and hauling away only the small limbs. I recommend them sincerely and enthusiastically and without reservation.

They did a great job, especially with the cleanup. The crew took only one day to complete the job. They even hauled away the debris once the work was completed. Out of the other estimates I received, J's pricing was about half of what the others were going to charge. I do not see how they could be any better. The crew was very nice to work with.

They did a great job at a fair price. They were friendly and seemed experienced. They were also able to adjust their schedule to get to me sooner since they were removing trees from my neighbors property. The crew did a nice job with the cleanup and hauling. They were very cautious with cutting down the trees. The equipment did not leave any significant marks or tracks on the ground. The whole job was done within a day. They have good customer service and I would use them again if needed.
