It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming. He assessed my situation, had a better idea than I did for what was needed, and he promptly set about fixing it. He explained everything as he went along, taking pride in what he was doing. When he finished that, he did a complete inspection of my garage door operations, explaining to me what he was looking for.
