It started when I called the company and the person I talked to understood immediately what my problem was, and said he would have "Brian" out to fix it within 2 hours. Brian showed up right on time after giving me a call to say exactly when he would be coming. When he finished that, he did a complete inspection of my garage door operations, explaining to me what he was looking for. He sprayed things that needed it, and explained to me what to spray, and which places should get silicone spray and which WD 40. The work was guaranteed.
