Retro-fitting an older home with AC is no small feat! Yet Tony and his crew did an outstanding job. Not only were they professional and thorough in the installation, but they were impeccably clean as well. The AC they installed has kept us "cool as a cucumber" on many blisteringly hot summer days. When it came time for our old boiler to be replaced, it was a no-brainer to figure out who to call. Once again, Tony and his crew at Schutz did an amazing job of removing our antiquated system and installing a beautiful new boiler and new garage closet to enclose the unit. The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating.
In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.
I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns.

"Started with home energy audit that cost only $59. Sales / tech person was very professional. Performed an energy audit that took HOURS. it was not a rushed job, and he reviewed his assessment with me in detail. That alone was worth the cost. He pointed out spots where there were big heat losses in my home, and what could be done to resolve them. Never pressured me to get the services, but he did show me which things I could do and how much they'd cost, as well as the rebate I'd receive from my energy company. I selected to get my basement rim joist spray insulated, add insulation to the attic, add insulation caps to all the recessed lighting fixtures in the attic, add insulation do attic entryway, and spray and install more insulation around the bonus room above my garage. Each one was an option, and gave improvements to the overall comfort of the house. Work was done in 2 days (they needed to come back due to power issues for the insulation blower). Overall, I'm happy with the results. house is more comfortable and furnace is running less."

When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew.
