Everything was effortless on our part. We had horrible water conditions, Mike came out explained differences between systems, Dylon came out a couple days later, installed perfectly...no problems and our water is perfect. Will hire again and highly recommend!!

I had a water softener and carbon filter installed. Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was done. My only issue was that there was a problem taking out the old salt reservoir and they had to schedule a return date to complete the work. I think that professional installers should have anticipated that problem, since they inspected the work space and existing installation prior to starting the job. Aside from that inconvenience, I would definitely recommend this company.

Great people to work with. We had a water softener and carbon filter installed and they work great. The well water has a lot of iron and some sulfur that smelled a little bad. After the system was installed the water is clear and has no smell at all. I highly recommend this company.

Deb and Dylan are awesome and they just made the perfect team to replace our water softener and purification system. Very professional and serious company. After 5 days of the installation there was a noticeable difference in the water of the entire house. Excellence, efficiency and quality.

Prompt service. Deb was very helpful identifying the right system without selling additional/unneeded equipment. As a courtesy came back a few weeks after install to check everything over and retest the water. Really went the extra mile with the install allowing a couple extra hours to route a very difficult sink to refrigerator water line. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends/family.

So far so good. We haven't installed yet but good experience so far. Update! We love our water system with High Flow. They come out to check your levels after installation and everything is working great. We are very happy with the system.

Great people clean installation

I spoke to Deb at 10am for the first time and she was at my house sampling water four hours later! She has excellent knowledge of water concerns and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. She didn't try to oversell me, recommending exactly what we needed for our home, but also gave us options to choose from. Deb and Mike came out to our house a few days later and installed our system. During the install, they noticed some issues in my existing plumbing and fixed it (at no extra charge) just to be sure that things worked for me for years! The work performed was done quickly and professionally, now we have soft water and love it! I would recommend to anyone that needs quality work, done well! I've already recommended Deb and Mike to my neighbor.
