The guy working was completely friendly and began talking down some info - stuff I thought I already gave the last person, he apologized and we looked at multiple displays and he began accessing my vision for what I wanted my fireplace frame and doors to look like- I also wanted something custom and after some phone calls to the manufacturer, it was decided that I could Totally get everything I wanted!!! "Kid showed up to my house when my furnace failed 2 weeks ago it's only me and my dog here my son living since she left us but it was nice to have a kid here who isn't a pervert or interested in anything other than the money... He even talked to my mom about the options available and the office staff, was able to assist her with her trepidations before handing her information over the phone to her so that was nice ... Hey, heats been running good since then nice and warm smells good in here well better than it normally does and works in subzero temps and it was done and out the door for under 200"
