Kid showed up to my house when my furnace failed 2 weeks ago it's only me and my dog here my son living since she left us but it was nice to have a kid here who isn't a pervert or interested in anything other than the money... He even talked to my mom about the options available and the office staff, was able to assist her with her trepidations before handing her information over the phone to her so that was nice ... Hey, heats been running good since then nice and warm smells good in here well better than it normally does and works in subzero temps and it was done and out the door for under 200

Super responsive to our call. Came out same day. I had called our usual plumber and told that they couldn't be there for a week even though our basement was flooding repetitively from the water. We had even paid to be a "preferred" customer at the other plumber. Good value for work provided. Very nice office scheduling staff. Will be changing our plumbing service company. We have used them twice already. Cost reported is for both service calls. Thank you!

Two people came out and they were good. The experience was an A. We've been using them for four years now.

It went well

The serviceman arrived slightly early. He was pleasant. He checked out the furnace and filled out the necessary paperwork with me providing my DTE account number where all I had to do is sign it. He then took paperwork back to his office where they will send it out to DTE so that I can get a $50 rebate on the furnace cleaning (while the money for these rebates hold out). Obviously I had to pay the entire $59.99 up front. I will get the $50 rebate check directly from DTE in about 8-10 weeks. The office was very honest in admitting that while DTE says 4-6 weeks, it actually usually takes the 8-10 weeks. I found that helpful so I'm not waiting for something to way before it really will. The serviceman then called the next day and asked to come back to double check something. It was completely at MY convenience. He again arrived promptly. It took about 2 minutes and he was on his way again. He did offer upgrades on filters but was not pushy about it.
I was pleased. I called them as a friend of mine recommended them having used them before. I was not disappointed.

It went well. She was very happy. She didn't have any complaints. They cleaned up and they did the work on time. They were never late and just overall a good experience. They did a lot for the money.

They did a great job! They were respectful and honest about their pricing. They were punctual and showed up fairly quick.

I liked them and they were very nice. I had no problem with them. First time I had them give me a bid for the property which I was planning to buy but I didn't purchase then house. It was a bid for some major work and the price was good. They were very good. They explained to me what they were going to do and how much it would cost. I explained the explanation that was given. Second time I used them when I purchased another house and they did work for me there. The price wasn't really that low and I thought that it was kind of high for the job. They were punctual, good and they showed up when they said. Not just the people who came over to do the work were good but the person in the office was also very helpful. They were very nice when I called to make the appointment. I really appreciated the punctuality.

He's really good. He knows his business. He's excellent. He just knows it all and he cares. He wants to do a good job. He's handy because he has to go by my house everyday. He lives near me. I was amazed at how much stuff he knows. He's so well-known in this area that he never advertised. He does just a lot of stuff and I would trust him more than any other.

We had ran to some problems and they were able to resolve them. They were very responsive and timely.

I thought that their employees were very professional. They did an excellent job. I have had other workers here who would take off for two hours and don't come back and you don't know where they are. These guys were not like that. They came for two days starting at 8 o'clock to 6 o'clock. They were there all the time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody. I think their prices were competitive. Nobody likes to pay high prices for anything. Everything really depends on the installation. It does not matter what material you have bought until the installers are bad. I have had absolutely no problem with them. This machine is so quite that I don't even hear it running. I think they just did a really excellent job. I did get one other estimate which was lower, but it did not include the power vent and the water heater. Their quality of work was definitely high because they replaced copper pipes with copper. Some people replace with plastic, but they did not do that. I rate them high overall. They are very reliable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE UNIT QUICKLY AND IN AN ORDERLY FASHION BECAUSE THEY HAD ALL NECESSARY TOOLS AND MATERIALS TO DO IT. THE COOLING SYSTEM WORKS WONDERFULLY.
