+ -1 moreThe Welton's inspector serviced the furnace and green lighted the furnace as good. Fast forward 30 days, we've been in the home for less than 2 weeks and the furnace stopped working. We hired a different company to come inspect the furnace (because Welton's was too busy and booked out a week) and we find out the heat exchanger is bad. The exact issue that caused my home inspector to flag it in the first place! It caused the service wire to trigger the thermostat to shut down the unit. Now I'm looking at a $3,500+ bill to replace my furnace instead of having the previous sellers replace it prior to the home purchase. On top of that, when I called Welton's to voice my displeasure with the situation, the guy on the other end of the line was extremely rude.
Description of Work: We were in the process of purchasing a new home when my home inspector flagged the furnace because of questionable flames coming from the heat exchanger. The sellers were charged with having to get a HVAC certified technician to service the furnace. They hired Welton's to service the furnace.

Description of Work: Heating and A/C check. During check, tech used a screwdriver to punch |holes in the supply and return ducts so he could insert his probes. I asked |if he would like to use my drill and bits, he said no.

We called the and quot;emergency numberand quot; and wehn they called we asked them if they were working on Christmas Eve, we were delighted that they were, because we could wait one day to avoid after hours charges. They came at 9 am and fixed the furnace and we couldn't have been happier.
Description of Work: Came to our house on Christams Eve at 9 am. Fixed the problem and were on their way. Everytime I call them, they show up right away

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Usually a one man job but I had the area remodeled and the remodeler enclosed the water heater with a wall! Because of this the old water heater could not be removed easily so ended up being a very diffcult job. Welton's was exceptionally helpful. They removed the wall and it took two men to lift it up and out of a very tight area.
