They have done a variety plumbing tasks for me over at least 10 years and two different houses.  Tasks ranging from steam boiler work, toilets, washer hookups, hot water heater, etc.  I have always been very happy with them.  They are a small company so you get personal service and I've never had any sort of problem with the work they did.

Went very well. This was for a rental house and I set it up that the tenant was the contact person to let in the service tech. Tenant is an invalid and I asked that she be called half hour in advance which was done. Job of completed satisfactorily within in an hour or less and I received an invoice about three weeks later--no fuss, no muss. Most importantly, in some ways they treated the tenant (who has rented from me over 20 years) with courtesy and respect.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and they are great. The first time a pipe burst and they were out within 4hrs and repaired. They were great! a AAAA+ for this company

Both times the were prompt, courteous, and charged a reasonable price. We have recently moved into a new home and will have them make some plumbing changes and additions. Dealing with All-Pro has been a pleasing experience.

We have used them over the years for different things. They have installed bathroom fixtures upstairs when we added a bathroom. Any questions we have had they have answered. We looked a pricing for equipment and gotten quotes from other companies and we were satisfied with them. We haven't had any problems with them and they are always here in the time schedule they have given us and at times they have even finished before they said they would. At one time we had both the owners here working and they were pleasant and professional.

We asked them for a discount. They said people had to pay and see what people had to say about them. There were only two or three people who had rated them and they were good. Though it was a Sunday they called us back right away wherein no one else would call that quickly. They told me when the person was going to come and gave me a time frame which was accurate. It was an emergency so it was nice to get hold of somebody. They were really nice and professional. They explained the charges and what they were going to do. We talk about it before they did anything. They would diagnose the problem and told us what it would cost before they fixed it. The contact person we spoke to over the phone was really nice and professional. The actual contract person who came was really nice and professional too. He broke down the pricing for us and our overall experience with them has been good.

THEY WERE ALL EXPENSIVE, BUT UNLIKE EVERYONE ELSE THEY HAD FAIR PRICES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND DID IT QUICKLY. IF I HAD TO HIRE ANYBODY FOR A PIPE REPAIR I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CAME OUT REALLY QUICK AND GOT THE NEW WATER HEATER IN, SO WE WERE NOT WITHOUT HOT WATER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. IF I NEEDED ANY PLUMBING DONE IN THE FUTURE I WILL HAVE THEM DO IT FOR ME.

THEY WASTED NO TIME AT ALL TO COME OUT TO FIX THE PIPE TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER DAMAGE TO ANYTHING ELSE AROUND OUR HOME. THEY KNEW THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME MANAGEMENT. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. WE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.

I LIKED HOW THEY SHOWED UP ON THE TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON FIXING THE LEAK IN THE BATHTUB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ALL MY QUESTIONS. IF I NEED A PLUMBER I WILL CALL ALL PRO PLUMBING AGAIN.
