First winter in our new home and woke up on Christmas morning to a cold house. Called Lascko Service and the pleasant dispatcher said I would receive a call from a tech shortly. Within a short time “Connor” called and said he would be here in about 15 minutes. Connor was a life saver….he was very helpful, informative and personable.

It was after hours on a Friday night. I called another plumbing agency but when I couldn't get a call back, I called Lascko Plumbing. Thankfully, a real person answered my call. Hannah was quick to respond, stated she would get a technician right out. Jera called me back to let me know when I could expect someone. Steve was the technician, he was so thorough, very knowledgeable, he found the problem to be a leaky radiator valve that I hadn't tightened when I bled the lines. He was a Godsend, it could have been a flood zone if he wouldn't have found the source of the leak. Great company! Great team! Reasonable price. Satisfied customer!

You guys are awesome! Chris was awesome! He was on time, and very professional when going over our options. We went with option C and had the pipes replaced! He had it done quick and kept us in the loop as he got it done. We are very happy to have our bathroom up and working smoothly!

We were more than pleased with the timely service we received. With the flooding in the area, we didn't know when we would have a tech come to the house. Within the hour we received a call from a tech who was on his way to check our the leak. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. He was back the next morning with the heater and two hours later our new heater was in place. The young man, Tim DeSmit, was very pleasant and competent while working, and we would definitely recommend him and Lascko for plumbing and heating.

Adam, Alex and John were a great installation crew. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

5 star service. I am very happy with with the service I received yesterday. This isn't my first experience with Lascko and as always very efficient and friendly service prevailed. They had the parts on their truck and fixed it right away. They also gave me very good information on their SSP program so that I can keep up on my furnace and water heater inspections.

He came in the trailer to the hot water heater. Looked at it and said we need a new heater, because it was a 2001. Our floor was
tilted and pipes were elbowed.  He gave us a quote for a new heater by itself, also a quote to fix our floor and new heater. He put new screws on the water heater lid. He was here for a half an hour. We looked at our quotes and decided to fix it ourselves.

They wear booties.  But I would rather have someone who instead of worrying about their shoes would give me a good price or a fair price.  At that time he showed me how easy it was.  It was a five minute job and I got charged about $275 for that five minute job and I realized that it was probably the going rate.  But to me the going rate was just price fixing for all the plumbers in the area and it was not right.  He went down here and turned the water on and I had an old plumbing system and he started dancing around that and made a big deal about checking things out.  He just saw a lot of money there that could be made.  He sold me a $10,000 broiler unit and I told him that I was not interested in it.  If I?m going to change things I will update the whole thing.  He told me that he would probably have to tell the city and insurance about my situation and it to me it sounded like extortion.  I called the city insurance and asked for a police officer come out and I filed a report and he sent out the building inspector and I explained what happened.  But they cannot take sides so they took the information down and showed them everything.  I told them I will file a case because I think it was dishonesty.  People can?t just come in here and make some threats because I could not accept his services.   

I thought their price was very high.  I can't complain about the quality of work because they fixed it and did their job the way they were supposed to.  They came out pretty quickly.

The guys doing the work were great.  All very professional and respectful of our space.  Quality of work amazing.  Almost felt like we had family members in doing the work.  Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

The work was done well. The price was way out of line. I would have turned them down on price but I had no option to reschedule. The biggest thing that still bothers me is that they seemed relatively uninterested in the things I asked them to fix. Instead they were looking around the house trying to find other work that they could convince us to do. I had a hard time convincing them I didn't want a new furnace. This is why I will never use them again. They see our vacation home on the lake and assume it is their gold mine. They were very professional though.

Technician came and diagnosed problem, said I needed to get a repair kit from Moen. In the mean time, he stopped the leak by tightening the connection (it was leaking where a swivel-type head attached to a hose), which stopped the leak but limited the faucet's usefulness. Once the rebuild kit came, the technician came back to install it.
