Tyrone installed both of my smart thermostats without the use of a C-wire. So I was able to return them and get a refund. Both thermostats are working flawlessly! "I like to research before choosing. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs."

"They came the very morning we called, showing up at the scheduled time.  He tried extremely hard to simply replace the cartridge, which we knew probably wouldn't happen as we had tried to remove the cartridge the day before.  It turned out we had to remove the entire mixer, which was done quickly, in a quality manner, and the new piping and fixtures installed.  They had all the parts needed on the truck. We are very happy with the results.

"This is the second time that we have used B.A.R. In December our furnace was leaking, it was cold and Henry came out very soon after calling. He needed to do an "innovative" fix, which was awesome because we were leaving on vacation. There was no question then who I would call when we woke up recently and it was COLD. This time there was no hope for the furnace. Henry once again responded quickly to my call for help, and he has once again had to come up with a "crafty" fix with the install of a new furnace. They are the best, and I would highly recommend them for both repairs and new installs. They will work until your problems are solved. They are honest and I trust them which is a very important aspect of hiring any company."

"Ivan, from It's Phenomenal Air Heating and Cooling, was great. He was very professional and patient when answering our questions prior to accepting his quote to do the work. And additional bonus is that he recommended the Goodman A/C and heating systems, which get very good reviews and are not overly expensive. On the day of installation, he was very thorough and made sure the work was done properly. He also followed up with emails and made an additional visit to check the humidity levels in the house. We will definitely hire him and It's Phenomenal again for any other HVAC work and we recommend him to anyone else needing such work done."
