"I like to research before choosing. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

In fact, they still didn't configure it right and had to come back out couple weeks after. But they did try their best to fix the problem"

"I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs."

"They came the very morning we called, showing up at the scheduled time.  He tried extremely hard to simply replace the cartridge, which we knew probably wouldn't happen as we had tried to remove the cartridge the day before.  It turned out we had to remove the entire mixer, which was done quickly, in a quality manner, and the new piping and fixtures installed.  They had all the parts needed on the truck. We are very happy with the results.
