"I called yesterday morning, got their answering service (since it was before normal business hours). The woman told me that someone from No-Frost would call me as soon as they opened for the day -- which is exactly what happened. Two hours later, I had a technician at my door. He was extremely polite and professional, and rapidly figured out what was preventing the HVAC system from heating the house. He performed the repair and explained to me what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the problem. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the competency of its technician."
