Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. "The project included removing a sunroom addition from the house. We had items stolen from the house, complete lack of communication (including dropping workers off at the house and leaving them unsupervised on days scheduled as "no work" on the project calendar), and complete lack of detail to the finishing touches. The project also included work on a bathroom where pipes were left uncapped/dripping and the pipe access wall area not finished prior to installing the vanity. The entire project was a nightmare. "

We also needed a concrete pad for a garage shed we were going to install and a concrete patio in front of the house. Chris came out and listened to my husband and what he wanted. He made suggestions and they came up with a plan. We had obtained estimates from two other companies. Chris came in at the right price. He was in contact with us every step of the way, was onsite daily to make sure the work was proceeding as expected. Areas of the driveway were contoured to direct the water toward the drains which led to underground pipes and away from our property. The new retaining wall is solid. The drains that were placed in front of the concrete pad at the side of the house and in front of the concrete patio in front of the house work just as described. The concrete work is excellent. The crew was friendly and very professional. Chris bent over backwards to accommodate the many requests my husband had. We are very glad we went with Wells Paving and will definitely use them for sealing the drive as needed and for other similar projects."
