Elliott came out, he walked me through the entire process, explained the products they would use and how the job was to be done. It rained the day they were suppose to come. I received a phone call letting me know they wouldn't be there and that they would be there the next day. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. He gave us a very fair competitive quote for roof replacement but also for the siding and gutters. Next day the team with AJ Mayer (project manager) and Willy (crew chief) arrived at our door. The team was punctual, friendly and incurable hardworking! They have to replace all the roof and worked on the job all day to finish the same day they started. They cleaned up all property and we had a new roof. Next week, a new siding was done also in one day.
